Outer Layer: Bands over each shoulder meet EN ISO 20471:2013 Class 3/3 requirements and EN343 Class 3/3. Two way zip with press stud storm flap protection. Fleece collar. External phone pocket and clear ID pouch. Two 'D' rings. Zip security pocket. Two external pockets. Adjustable Hook-n-Loop cuff straps.
Inner Layer/Body Warmer:
One band over each shoulder meeting EN ISO 20471:2013 class 3/2 requirements. Two way zipper for attaching to outer layer or wearing independently. Fleece collar. External phone pocket with 'D' ring. Two external side pockets on both hi-vis and quilted layer. Elasticated cuffs. Removable
zipped sleeves to create body warmer.
